OPERATIONS MANAGER - VEGETATION
Joining Westland Works in 2019, Boban’s experience in land maintenance was evident when he commenced managing our Cygnet West/ Main Roads WA Fire mitigation services.This includes slashing, rotary hoe, brush cutting, vegetation maintenance, truck driving, chain saw use, tree pruning and chipper operation.
He is currently our Manager of daily operations at Westland Works, overseeing all contracts including private business, local and state government services.
This extends to managing vegetation on the Arc and PTA networks, where his expertise and local knowledge is excellent.
Boban coordinates a team of up to 30 labourers and gardeners with safety and training front of mind.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - RAIL
Mark is an experienced professional with an impressive 15 years in the industry. He holds current accreditations with the PTA, including PO1, PO2, PO3, and PRES, as well as Arc accreditations in POLO, POTV, and PPO, showcasing his expertise in road and rail operations.
He is currently pursuing a Diploma of Business Operations and a Diploma of Leadership and Management, further enhancing his knowledge and skills.
Throughout his career, Mark has gained extensive industry knowledge and experience across a multitude of worksites within the PTA and Arc networks. He has worked on projects ranging from small technical worksites to large-scale infrastructure construction projects, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the rail networks' infrastructure, procedures, and personnel.
Mark's combination of hands-on experience, industry-recognised accreditations, and ongoing professional development makes him a valuable asset in the field. His extensive knowledge and dedication to continuous learning position him as a skilled professional ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of any project or organisation.

CONTRACTS AND ADMIN MANAGER
With a history in business analysis, process improvement and client management, Kerri joined Intelife in Jan 2023 as a business analyst.
Proving to be an invaluable member of the Intelife senior management team, Kerri then became the Westland Works Contracts and Administrations Manager.
The Westland Works and Twinkarri managers report through to Kerri, and have the benefit of her analytical, inclusive and structured leadership.
With qualifications in front line management and training, Kerri is across the daily operations of both Westland Works and Twinkarri and is the key contact for all of our clients in admin and contract matters.

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Experienced contracts and services manager with a background in hospitality. State management experience in Spotless group for food, cleaning and FM with over 40 contracts and a team of 12, and contracted housekeeping with AHS, where Laurie was GM Business Development and GM Operations for WA and SA. The team had over 5000 employees nationally and over 180 contracts.
Laurie is a people centric leader, with a focus on commercial management and growth.
